Apple Australia Onsite Service Locator

Apple Australia provides onsite service for customers who have purchased specific AppleCare Agreements. These agreements include AppleCare Premium Service and Support Plan, AppleCare Onsite for Portables and Desktops, and specific Custom Agreements. If you are unsure which agreement you have, please contact Apple on 133 MAC (622).

The locator will list the response to site SLA for both AppleCare Premium Service and Support and AppleCare Onsite for Desktop and Portables. You should refer to your terms and conditions to determine which SLA applies to your agreement.
