Apple Onsite Service Locator for Australia

Apple provides onsite service for customers in Australia who have purchased specific AppleCare Agreements. If you are unsure which agreement you have, please contact Apple on 1300 301 596 between Monday - Friday 9:00am - 9:00pm Sydney time zone and Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm Sydney time zone.

The locator will list the response to site SLA for AppleCare Premium Service and Support and Custom AppleCare Service and Support Plan. You should refer to your terms and conditions to determine which SLA applies to your agreement.
